Last Year we allowed sites to start the Monday before Thanksgiving and that seemed to work out well for everyone - so this year we will do the same. Below are dates and parameters: 1. Only accounts that are current will be considered for the promotion - please submit your accounts to us for approval before offering to them - please send to us by 9/15 2. The sites can reduce MAPS starting at 12:01 am on 11/19 through 12/3 a. MAPS must be raised by midnight on 12/3 and prior to start of day on 12/4 b. The price discount will be given on orders rec'd 11/19 - 12/4 c. The price reduction will only be given if customer reduces MAP price - if they do not reduce - they will not receive the discount - you must check to verify 3. Like last couple years - we can either reduce the bill price for the time period or keep price the same and allow the account to send a chargeback in after the promotion for the amount - please tell us what they will do when you submit the account for approval- use the attached sheet to list you accts and fill in the information needed - I have listed 2 accts as an example. Please be sure to fill in completely (that includes account number). As we did last year, there will be two different discounts given to a site as follows: 1. For any Site that is at the Import price level and we are not netting any lower - they can take 10% off the MAP and 10% off the import cost for the promotion period. 2. For any site that is either billed at a price level below Import or netted to a price level below Import - they can still take 10% off the MAP BUT they can only take 5% off their regular cost for that time period. a. If you have questions - call me to discuss before sending to the customer. b. Please double check your accounts to make sure you don't send out the wrong discount by mistake. I am sending this notice out earlier then last year so that you can give the accounts sufficient notice, so they have time to make changes for event. Please call us with any questions.
