Hey what's up hello, I see alot of people complaining on here about how they
hate New Jersey. Most of the points that get brought up are the extremely
high cost of living, extremely high property taxes, our shitty governor,
our shitty gun laws, among other things. And let me just say those things
are pretty much all true, and I'm not here to debate any of those things.A
little background: I was born and raised in Jersey all my life. I enlisted
in the military out of high school thinking that there are better places
to live, and that there has to be more for me beyond what I've known my entire
life.Over the past year and a half ish kinda I've lived in alot of places
around the country. Some have been awesome, and some remind me of why I miss
new Jersey so much. Right now where I'm living I have to drive over an hour
round trip to get to a fucking Walmart. Can you imagine that? Back home I
have 3 in a 30 minute round trip. It's blasphemy. Anyway, here are some reasons
on why I just miss new Jersey so so much.-The food. Where I live now the
only pizza places are Papa John's and dominoes. And it makes me wanna die
every time I eat them knowing I could be having an actual slice of pizza back
in Jersey. Don't even get me started on Taylor Ham.-The Convenience of everything.
As I said before with the Walmart example, I just miss everything being so
close. Or even having a shopping mall that has more than 4 stores.-The Driving
skills. Trust me when I say this but New Jersey has the best drivers hands
down. Driving in the amount of congested areas that we all do has prepared
us all to essentially be professional race car drivers. Other states just
think it's okay to just do the speed limit in the left passing Lane. It's
    mind boggling. [...]
