My dog, Hot Soup, doesn't make much trouble. He is jealous of the situation but doesn't make a big fuss. When we walk he likes to pee everywhere and smell everything but he follows wherever I go and what I say. It bothers me that he likes to go in front of me rather than beside or behind. I must add, he usually follows my command. Every now and then he gets off and does little things that let me know he doesn't completely see me like an alpha such as jumping on me when he gets excited. He started copying the barking and leash biting from the other dogs too. This is a problem we had left behind.

Olie, the dog who used to hate other dogs, now plays along nicely but ignores most of my commands unless I have food with me (when I have food she does everything told, even if she has to do several tricks before getting the reward). She pulls on the leash during all the walk too. The last one is

Millie, who has never been properly trained and is hard to know what really drives her. Food works for a little while, petting and play don't. I have managed to make her look at me when I say her name and sometimes she comes back when called (if not she will come back eventually, never goes away). She, too, pulls on the leash, but she can be easily corrected, though the results last only a few minutes (I am counting on being consistent with her).

Not to mention millie likes to play tug o war with her leash when we first meet, and Hot Soup gladly jumps along. Then we go get Ollie and its the same thing again until I can calm them. This takes a little while.
SIDE NOTES

Like I said before, I know about training, but without a doubt, there is something I am doing wrong. People suggested me a choke collar for some days but I don't think it will help. I tried jerking lightly the leash when they pull, enough to get their balance a little but off, never enough to hurt them. I am not a fan of this one either and it did not work very well. I tried the changing directions thing but it did not work either. (When I say it did not work I mean that it showed no sign of improvement. Not even the slightest. Not even a few seconds of delay on the pulling).

On other ways of proving my alpha status, I have done some basic training with them. Also, practice the let go command and show that I am the owner of all toys and food. They share them and the water without a problem now. I have also corrected aggressive behaviors towards themselves and other dogs.

I AM ALSO planning on contacting a trainer to follow me with them so we can get to the point of what my problem is. I have yer to find a reliable trainer, so I wanted to ask for tips here.

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO REMIND THESE DOGS ARE NOT MINE, I DON'T SPEND THE DAY WITH THEM, I JUST SEE THEM FOR 3 HOURS. (Except for hot soup who behaves better than the other two). I need them to know that, at least when they are with me, I am in charge. I can talk to their owners later to help them too.

Sorry for the wall of text and thank you
