This announcement comes to light because of excess inventory that dealers are carrying from this past Winter. With the overproduction of 2016 models lots need to clear remaining 2015's.

What does this mean? That this is the best time to get into a new vehicle (or at least look) because you could drive off the lot in a new 2015 or 2016 for a fraction of what you would pay otherwise.
