To discover or refine your big idea= =2C consider the following questions:

End Picture: What w= ill your business look like when it=E2=80=99s done?

Passion: What does= your organization love doing? What are your collective strengths (based o= n employee passion=2C past performance=2C and available resources)?

Leadership: What wi= ll your organization be a leader in? What are you committed to being the b= est in the world at?

Impact: Where can y= our enterprise have the most significant impact? Who are you committed to= best serving?

As with any discovery process=2C be= sure to start with a Beginner=E2=80=99s Mind. Pretend that you don=E2=80= =99t know the answers.

Be open-minded.
