It=E2=80=99s popular to talk of achi= eving excellence. But=2C how many businesses try to achieve true excellenc= e=E2=80=94that 10 on a 10 point scale? I would guess very few.

When most businesses talk about achi= eving excellence=2C what they=E2=80=99re really shooting for is that 8 or= 9=2C that difference that gives them a competitive advantage they can eas= ily see in the market.
