Hi Andrea,
I'm sorry to hear that your customer is missing pieces from their set. =
Please confirm that your customer has opened both packages fully.=20

If your customer is missing the 5x8 and the 2x8, we can do one of two =
things.
1. We can have the pieces that they did receive picked up so that a new =
order can be sent and a new set shipped.
2. Ship out the missing pieces, but there is a chance of a slight =
dye-lot variance between the pieces they have and will receive.=20

Please let us know which option you would like done.
