Content preview: Hi Yolanda Hope you had a great weekend. This morning I have
a bit of a problem with a rug that you helped me with for Julia Fitzgerald
    - my client in Australia.  She had ordered a Ravella Tropical Fish rug #2255/04
in the 42" x 66" size and the photo on your website didn't have the correct
image.  So you had the warehouse send me photos.  Sound familiar?   At
any rate the rug reached the customer in Australia and she doesn't like it.
She is saying that the rug has silvery threads that are woven throughout
the rug that make it shiny when her overhead spot lights shine on it.
She is saying that my product description does not inform the customers that
there are silvery threads running through the rug.  She says the TO photo
also makes the rug look like it has a matte instead of a shiny finish.
I am not sure if she is looking to return this rug or get some kind of a
discount.   I wanted to talk to you first before I wrote her back.   Can
you please confirm 1)  That there are shiny silver threads that are woven
through the rug.    If so, I will need to update my copy to avoid this
issue in the future.  2)  If the TO photo looks matte and does not show
the shiny silvery threads, is there any monetary recourse that TO can help
me with?    I would like to try and salvage this sale if I can and avoid
a return from Australia which will be quite costly.   Please let me know
the above when you can.   I will then contact the customer.   If I can't
work something out with her I will be back in touch to ask for an RA#
Thanks for your help as always !!!! Michael   [...]
