Well, it's officially spring, but it doesn't seem like it in Minnesota, right? Luckily, I recently had the opportunity to enjoy better weather down south in New Orleans at an Infinite Possibilities workshop led by author and speaker Mike Dooley. The workshop was based on his book by the same name, which focuses on changing your limiting beliefs, creative visualization, and understanding your emotions. You must know what you want and get your thoughts into alignment to achieve your dreams and desires. This ties in perfectly with interior design. Your exterior surroundings should reflect your interior, or inner self. When I am working with clients, I use Feng Shui concepts to setup spaces that reflect the life they desire. One of the activities we did at the Infinite Possibilities workshop was to dress up as our future selves. My theme was "enjoying the fruits of my labor" - living a life as an interior designer for the stars and an author, traveling the world and living by the ocean. Well, it's officially spring, but it doesn't seem like it = in Minnesota, right? Luckily, I recently had the opportunity to enjoy bette= r weather down south in New Orleans at an Infinite Possibilities workshop l= ed by author and speaker Mike Dooley. The workshop was based on his book by= the same name, which focuses on changing your limiting beliefs, creative v= isualization, and understanding your emotions.

The idea that fascinates me most about Infinite Possibilities is that thoughts become things. You = must know what you want and get your thoughts into alignment to achieve you= r dreams and desires.
This ties in perfectly with interior design. Your exter= ior surroundings should reflect your interior, or inner self. When I am wor= king with clients, I use Feng Shui c= oncepts to setup spaces that reflect the life they desire. 
One of the activities we did at the Infinite Possibilities workshop w= as to dress up as our future selves. My theme was "enjoying the 
fruits of my labor" - living a life as an interior designe= r for the stars and an author, traveling the world 
and living by the ocean. I truly believe that if you act t= he part you can become it!
