Once you receive a response from the completed investigation, please send the CAR (Customer Acknowledgment of Receipt) provided by the carrier within 90 days so that repayment can be requested and the customer rebilled. CARs provided outside of this timeframe are subject to non-repayment. If there is an exchange order associated with the order as notated in the report in column Q, please be sure to include a CAR for that order as well. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any website tracking information as proof of delivery.
