As mentioned in yesterday's email, if you are unable to send these through the EDI, you can manually confirm them on the HSN portal. A response on this is needed by 2pm EST today. As a reminder orders received by the customer after the expected delivery dates provided on the spreadsheet are subject to non-reversible chargeback's. If these orders have not shipped and will not meet customer delivery expectations, please confirm that you will upgrade the shipping of the order(s) at your company's expense to meet this timeline.
