After speaking with our Group Regional Operations Manager in this region, I have learned that they see a lot of breakdown of the latex in these rugs. Apparently after 4-5 years they breakdown into a white powder. For this reason, I will not recommend that the guest reselect the same rug. We certainly don't need to go thru this again.
