I am sorry that your customer has had a problem with their rugs.  Can you
please advise what the problem is and send us the pictures that you have so
that I can send them on for review.

Hello-

I am a wholesale customer with you and I recently ordered the Coral Reef
Water in 5x8 and 27"x8 for a customer. They want to return it because after
one dinner party on their patio it is ruined. It is supposed to be indoor
out door, so I would expect that foot traffic would be OK. She brought them
in and I have photos if needed. Is there anything we can do for her?  She
would possibly like to order another pattern in those two sizes that will
have better up keep if we can comp her the others.
