For 50*75 we can make i= t straight or cross it is up to you. But as per below table it is better to m= ake this size straight. So we can combine it with 250*350.=

 

-      &nb= sp;   Other mills we buy cross weave items from charge= us for the finished product, can you confirm this is the case? Off course we will also prepare your invoice from t= he final sizes.

-      &nb= sp;   Is the backing cotton or jute?  It is cotton backing because of this reason there is shrinkag= e.

-  &= nbsp;       The 50x75 size is going to be a filler si= ze so we will have excess and have to sell at very low prices.  Other s= uppliers give us a discount on this size; can you tell us if this is possibl= e and what the m2 price would be for this size only. Sorry but we can not give better offer= for this size it will also create big problem for us in finishing departmen= t for production. We already gave very good offer to you. We are waiting you= r understanding.

I think the cross weave is important.  Please se= e below for my suggested sizes.  All should work if we use the 50x75 si= ze as a filler =E2=80=93 we can weave that straight or cross.  I do hav= e a few questions I hope you can help:

For making Bohemian qua= lity straight attached I add a design(38289A) with straight and cross versio= n to give an idea for you. As you see in cross one the distressed effect lin= es are horizontal but when we make the design cross the lines will be vertical. Please check and advise. After= your decision we can work on sizes.

Thank you for the pictures and the information about t= he Bohemian samples, we are calling this collection LEGACY.  Can you please confirm loom size on this collection, I b= elieve it is cross woven and we want to set up with correct sizes.  If t= here is any way for the new samples to be ready on Friday we can review pict= ures of the actual rugs to see which need to be sent.  The rugs have to be in High Point no later than 4/12= so we think shipping them next week will be too late.  We will review t= he other images that were sent and select what to send to High Point.  I= t is best for us to ship with your courier and send us an invoice =E2=80=93 your rates will be much better than ours.<= o:p>

For Legacy do you want m= e to convert these designs to Bohemian? If yes we need to draw them again. Y= ou are right they are in the same creel but thechnical specs are different. B= ohemian has pile and it has more density. Below you can see the technical specs for Bohemian there are %3 sh= rinkage for this quality. I will check and inform you about delivery time of= Bohemian because it is not on the loom now.
