You need a Blue Card to inspect the work. ConEd is typically very fast once a blue card application is submitted. They usually respond within 24 hours. --Once the ConEd inspection is completed then Rotundo can finish up --If all goes well, we're hopeful to have this all wrapped up by Friday Unfortunately, the one thing we have no control over is this horrible weather - nice spring, right?
