We are trying to expand the assortment by adding different sizes to some of the patterns. We are planning on adding a 24"x36" size and 24"x60" size to the assortment. We really prefer to flow the products in gradually but understand the costs involved in creating plates for the items. What we're asking for on these new sizes to let us work on them the following way if it's ok with you: Initial order MOQ - 200 pcs per design per size Order # 2/#3/etc. - 100 pcs per design per size After 120 days, if we haven't bought the 500 pieces you need, we can reimburse you for the remaining cost on the plate. You mentioned the plates cost about $420 each for 6 colors. It's much better for us to be flexible and bring in smaller amounts at a time. Please let me know if this can work of you need a different process. I will follow with separate note regarding monogrammed/initial rugs.
