The phone service is working fine.  We are having trouble with the data =

Based on the remarks of the technician in our system, all the testing on =
our end is good. We can now proceed with the two final phases which is =
the router activation, voice testing and the migration of telephone =
numbers. The signal will be active once the activation is successful. If =
there will be an issue, our field technician and engineers can identify =
and fix it during this activity.

By the way,  this is already scheduled for router activation and voice =
testing on February 16 at 10AM EST while the migration of telephone =
number will be at 11AM EST.

I can confirm in the 6-8 visits from Verizon, they have installed a few =
wires, installed 4 boxes on the wall and some other equipment on the =
plywood we supplied.  I do not know what any of it is for or if it is =
working.  The last tech was here yesterday and said he was not getting a =
signal and then left with out seeing me again.  I do not know if was =
able to fix the problem or not.  We do not have enough information or =
knowledge to signoff on this.  I have attached a picture for your =
review.  How do we proceed? =20
