I know we are late paying some invoices last week= and I apologize, but between market and the issue with the incorrectly wove= n rugs, the transfer fell behind.

As I may have mentioned in one of our= conversations business in the flatweaves is very bad for the closeout peopl= e.  TJMax has too much of the rugs they bought and even if we offered t= hem for $1 a rug they have no space.  We had sold some of our own close= outs a month ago to another customer and when the confirmation came in it wa= s for 40% less than he committed for.  We were sure to offer to every p= ossible person that come in but we got no commitment.  We will continue= to try to sell them and will not make a profit on the rugs but try to get y= ou as much as we can.

Therefore, we will pay the invoices we owe you th= is Monday less all the costs associated with the miss woven rugs.  Once= we sell them we will pay you whatever we get paid less the salesmen=E2=80=99= s commission which will be between 2% and 4% depending on the price and who s= ells it.
