As I may have mentioned in one of our conversations business in the flatweaves is very bad for the closeout people. TJMax has too much of the rugs they bought and even if we offered them for $1 a rug they have no space. We had sold some of our own closeouts a month ago to another customer and when the confirmation came in it was for 40% less than he committed for. We were sure to offer to every possible person that come in but we got no commitment. We will continue to try to sell them and will not make a profit on the rugs but try to get you as much as we can. Therefore, we will pay the invoices we owe you this Monday less all the costs associated with the miss woven rugs. Once we sell them we will pay you whatever we get paid less the salesmen's commission which will be between 2% and 4% depending on the price and who sells it. The transfer on Monday will be as follows Invoice# 42 $ 1,907.57 Invoice# 53 62,659.42 Less:DM (3,617.37) -------------- Net payment $60,949.62 Since I am not in the office today all will send you a separate email of how we came up with the $3617.37 charges since it includes freight and handling the customer will be charging us.
